摘要
目的:建立抗乳腺小叶增生合剂(ALHM)的微生物限度检查法。方法:分别采用药典法与培养基稀释法测定ALHM对5种试验菌株的回收率,并对控制菌的检查法进行验证。结果:经药典法验证大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉菌回收率>70%;采用培养基稀释法验证金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的回收率>70%。结论:ALHM的微生物限度检查,可采用培养基稀释法检查细菌数,药典法检查霉菌、酵母菌数及控制菌。
Objective:To establish the microbial limit test method for anti-lobuleofmammarygland hyperplasia mixture.Methods:The recovery rates of 5 kinds of test organisms were detected by routine method,culture medium dilution method.And the validation of the test of control bacteria was done.Results:By routine testing method,the recovery rates of escherichia coli,Candida albicans and aspergillus niger were more than 70%.By nutrient medium dilution method,the recovery rates of staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were also more than 70%.Conclusion:The Culture medium dilution method should be used to count bacteria,and the routine method can be used to count mildew and for the test of control bacteria in performing microbial limit test for anti-lobuleofmammarygland hyperplasiamixture.
