摘要
分析了民营企业资本积累完成以后存在的问题和所面临的挑战。在金融危机的冲击下,不少民营企业已经到了非改不可的地步,走技术创新之路是企业生存和发展的根本所在。引进人才,改变传统民营企业高管层的知识结构,建立现代企业制度,是目前这些民营企业工作的重点。
The problems existing in private enterprises and challenges faced by them were analyzed. Under impact of the finance crisis, many private enterprises have arrived at a key moment in which they must be innovated. Technology innovation is very important for subsistence and development of corporations. Indraught of person with ability, improvement of knowledge structure of high - class managers in the traditional private enterprises, and establishment of modem corporation systems are, at the present time, work emphases for the private enterprises.
