9例肿瘤患者PICC静脉血栓形成原因分析及护理 被引量：34

摘要 对348例PICC患者中的9例静脉血栓形成者进行原因分析。9例患者中,7例在置管后2周内血栓形成,另2例分别在置管后第45、第90天发现血栓形成。原因分析:2例由导管异位到颈静脉所致,1例与锁骨下淋巴结放射治疗有关,其余与患者处于肿瘤晚期、PICC置管前血小板计数高有关。对策:如PICC带管患者出现颈部不适,及时行血管B超探查,以便发现是否有早期血栓及导管异位发生;置管时选择静脉应避开放射治疗侧肢体,对置管后出现静脉炎症状者,行血管彩色多普勒超声检查鉴别是否为血栓;PICC置管前血小板计数升高者,征得医生同意采取预防性抗凝处理。
