摘要
在分析制冷系统作用及基本原理的基础上,使用一维流体系统仿真软件FLOWMASTER的元件库建立了制冷系统仿真模型。用能量方程、动量方程和连续性方程联合起来进行耦合求解,得到系统的温度和压力分布,进而得到流速及换热量等其它参数。在此基础上研究了制冷剂充注量对制冷系统性能的影响,得出了制冷量及COP(Coefficient of Performance,性能系数)随充注量变化的曲线,提出制冷剂的充注量要以制冷量达到设计要求时,系统的COP达到最大为原则。
Based on the analysis of refrigeration system's function and principle,a simulation model of the refrigeration system was established by using the components library of a One-dimensional fluid system simulation software(FLOWMASTER).The temperature and pressure distributions of the system were acquired,and then the velocity of flow,the heat exchange capacity and other parameters by solving the equations set of energy equation,momentum equation and continuity equation.The curves of the cooling capacity and the coeificient of performance (COP)varying with refrigerant charge were then acquired by studying the effect of the refrigerant charge on the performance of refrigeration system.At last the principle was approached that the COP must reaching the highest when cooling capacity meet the design requirements.
