摘要
调查海南23个香蕉园的土壤微生物数量,并分析18个土壤因子对可培养微生物数量的相关性。结果表明,蕉园土壤5~30cm土层可培养微生物的区系组成表现为细菌最多,放线菌次之,真菌最少。应用逐个选入自变数的回归方法,得到3个最优多元线性回归方程。再对入选的几个主要土壤因子进行通径分析,结果显示,影响蕉园土壤真菌数量的关键因子是有效Fe,影响蕉园土壤放线菌数量的关键因子是土壤有效P,而影响蕉园土壤微生物总数的关键因子是土壤pH值。
The amount of soil microorganisms in 23 banana (Musa paradisiaca) plantation systems was investigated in Hainan Province and the correlation with soil properties was analyzed by the linear regression and stepwise regression method. The results showed that the amount of microbial in the 5-30 cm soil layer was in a sequence of: bacteria 〉 actinomycetes 〉 fungi. There was a significant correlation between the amount of soil microorganisms with valid iron, valid phosphorus and pH in the soil of banana plantation. The stepwise regression analysis showed that the key factor relating to the soil fungi amount was valid iron, that to the soil actinomycetes amount was valid phosphorus, and that to the total soil microbial amount was pH.
