摘要
采用盆栽试验的方法,研究施用猪粪对土壤和菜心铜含量的影响。结果表明,土壤全Cu、有效态Cu和菜心Cu的含量均随猪粪施用量和猪粪施用茬数的增加而提高。施用猪粪明显降低土壤残留态Cu含量,提高土壤交换态、松结有机态、紧结有机态和固体颗粒态Cu含量,其中尤以交换态、松结有机态Cu的增加最为明显。统计分析结果表明,交换态和松结有机态Cu是菜心吸收Cu的主要来源,并与土壤全Cu、有效Cu含量具有极显著的相关。
Pot experiment was conducted to study the influence of applying swine manure on Cu content of the soil and Brassica campestris. The results showed that the content of total Cu, available Cu in the soil and Cu in Brassica campestris was significantly increased after the application of swine manure. The content of residual form of Cu was greatly reduced, whereas the content of exchangeable, organically complex, organically bound and solid particulate form of Cu, especially exchangeable, organically complex form of Cu in soil were obviously increased.
