摘要
目的探讨脐血BALP活性值在先天性佝偻病中的表达,了解新生儿先天性佝偻病与孕妇保健的相关因素,从而确定孕期保健对预防先天性佝偻病的重要作用。方法对在本院产科出生的新生儿进行脐带血BALP检测,筛查先天性佝偻病,并采用问卷形式详细调查其母在孕期的相关因素对先天性佝偻病发病的影响。结果经SPSS统计学处理,BALP活性值与早产、贫血、孕期母亲腰腿痛、腓肠肌痉挛呈正相关,与足月产、体重呈负相关。孕期进行保健建卡与不建卡的母亲产出的新生儿先天性佝偻病发病率有显著差异(P0.05)。结论预防先天性佝偻病应从围产期做起,母亲从怀孕期建卡进行系统的孕期保健对显著降低先天性佝偻病发病率有重要意义。BALP活性检测能早期敏感的筛查出先天性佝偻病。
Objective To investigate the expression of BALP activity value of cord blood in congenital rickets（CR） and to learn the related factors causing newborn babies＇ CR that consequently should be cared for maternal health.In doing so,the importance of maternal health in terms of prevention effect for CR could be confirmed.Methods to test BALP of cord blood for babies who born in our hospital to screen CR and adopt a survey for related factors the author proposed during mothers＇ pregnancy.Results by statistical analysis with SPSS,the BALP value has positive correlations with premature delivery,anemia,mother＇s lumbago and sciatica,gastrocnemius muscle spasm,while negative correlations with full-term birth and weight.Conclusion Regarding to prevent CR and lower its morbidity,it is significantly helpful to take care of this issue from perinatal period and establish systematic maternal health based on specific card when mother in pregnancy.BALP activity-value detection can check out the CR sensitively in early period.
