摘要
采用梁单元分别建立卧螺离心机转鼓轴和螺旋轴的三维有限元模型,对其进行ANSYS模态分析,将其结果与传递矩阵法计算结果进行对比,结果基本一致,验证了ANSYS分析方法的可靠性,再将转鼓轴模型和螺旋轴模型通过弹簧单元连接起来,进行双轴系统的模态分析,结果表明机器工作转速远远小于一阶临界转速,在正常工作转速下,机器不会发生共振现象。
3-D finite element models of the bowl-axis and the screw-axis of a horizontal screw decanter centrifuge were established by beam elements separately. The consequence of model analyses was accordant with the calculation results of the transfer matrix method, which verified the reliability of the ANSYS analysis method. The models of the drum-axis and the screw-axis were connected by the combine elements, and the model analysis results demonstrated that, the working speed of the machine is far less than the first-order critical speed, and the sympathetic vibration would not happen to the machine in usual working speed.
