摘要
以二乙烯三胺为吸收剂,柠檬酸为添加剂,考察了二乙烯三胺-柠檬酸吸收/解吸SO_2工艺过程。结果表明,二乙烯三胺-柠檬酸吸收/解吸SO_2合适的条件为二乙烯三胺浓度0.2 mol/L,二乙烯三胺与柠檬酸物质的量之比1:1,吸收液pH值5.40,吸收温度40℃,解吸温度102℃。在该条件下,SO_2的吸收量为2.65 mol/mol,对应的SO_3^(2-)氧化率为2.52%,SO_2的解吸率为90.57%,对应的SO_3^(2-)-氧化率为3.77%。根据二乙烯三胺-柠檬酸吸收/解吸SO_2工艺过程,分析了吸收/解吸过程机理,并建立吸收平衡常数表达式。
The absorption and desorption of SO2 in aqueous solution of diethylenetriamine (DETA) and citric acid were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions for absorption and desorption of SO2 were initial concentration of DETA 0.2 mol/L, molar ratio of DETA to citric acid 1:1, pH of absorbent 5. 40, absorption temperature 40℃, desorption temperature 102 ℃. Under the above conditions, the absorption amount of SO2 reached 2.65 mol/mol and the oxidation of SOa2- was 2.52%, while desorption of SO2 was 90.57% and the oxidation of SO2 2- was 3.77%. The mechanism of the absorption and desorption of SO2 in DETA-citrate aqueous solution was analyzed and the equations for equilibrium constants were established.
