摘要
采用分离分析等遗传病学方法，从父母婚配型角度对１０７例精神发育迟滞伴发畸型的家系进行了分析，结果表明：Ｕ×Ｕ多发家庭接受常染色体显性遗传；Ｕ×Ｕ总体婚配型符合常染色体隐体遗传；Ｕ×Ａ婚配型符合常染色体显性遗传。
By using a genetic epidemiological method 107 families of mental ratardation with other malformation were analysed according to their parent mating.The results showed that U×U multiplex familial muting accepted autosomal dominant,U×U total mating adopted autosomal recessive,and U×A mating families had incomplete penetrance in dominant autosomal inheritance.
