摘要
目的:研究参保慢性疾病患者医疗费用负担情况,探索控制慢性疾病参保患者医疗费用的方法。方法:通过分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取天津中医药大学第一附属医院400名参保慢性病人,对其进行慢性疾病及费用负担情况的问卷调查。结果:参保慢性疾病患者普遍感觉医疗费用负担较重,医疗保险能起到一定的补偿作用,但满意度一般。结论:发挥医疗保险制度的引导作用,进行以社区为重点的慢性病防治管理。
Objective To lucubrate the burden of medical expenses of chronic patients in medical insurance group, and to explore the perfect tactics of controlling medical expenses. Methods With stratified cluster random sampling, 400 chronic patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to undergo a survey about medical expenses burden. Results Generally speaking,chronic patients in medical insurance group felt the burden of medical expenses heavy. To a certain extent ,medical insurance can compensate for medical costs. But the satisfaction of it was not high. Conclusion Medical insurance system should play a guiding role to make community--focused prevention and management of chronic diseases.
