荧光光谱法研究2-乙氧基-3-苯基喹唑啉-4-酮与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用机理

摘要 利用紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱法研究2-乙氧基-3-苯基喹唑啉-4-酮(EPQO)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在不同环境下的相互作用。结果表明:EPQO能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度,其荧光猝灭机理为动态猝灭。采用位点结合模型公式、热力学公式和F rster非辐射能量转移理论计算了结合常数、结合位点数作用力类型以及结合距离。 Machanism of the interaction between 2-ethoxy-3-phenyl quinazoline-4-one(EPQO) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) under different environments was studied by UV-VIS spectrophotometry and fluorospectrometry.It was found that fluorescence quenching of the interaction was due to dynamic quenching.The binding constants,number of binding sites,types of binding force and binding distances were found by applying the equation of site-binding model,thermodynamic equtions,and Frster theory of transfer of non-radiation energy.
