摘要
探讨变频喷淋水泵在高速喷水室中的应用与节能效果。通过计算高速喷水室的风速、喷水量和水气比,以某细纱车间喷水室为例,计算了其全年新风比和水气比,并分析了变频喷淋水泵的节能性。实例证明:高速喷水室节水明显,随着风速的提高,空气与水之间的传热与传质加强,高速喷水室热交换效率提高,所需要的喷水量降低。与高速喷水室的非变频水泵相比,变频水泵可以节电64%。
Application and energy-saving effect of using frequency spray pump in high speed air washer were discussed. Air speed of high speed air washer, spray capacity and water-air ratio were calculated. Taking one spinning workshop as example, yearly fresh air ratio and water-air ratio were calculated, energy-saving effect of frequency spray pump was analyzed. The example proves that water'saving effect of high speed air washer is obvious. When air speed is increased, heat transfer and mass transfer between air and water are strengthened, heat transfer efficiency of high speed air washer is improved,needed spray capacity is reduced. Comparing to manual control pump in high speed air washer, power saving of frequency pump could reach 64% .
