摘要
目的探讨关节镜下钢丝张力带固定胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的方法和疗效。方法 24例患者均经关节镜辅助下行骨折复位,借助前交叉韧带定位器于胫骨结节内侧做2-3个骨隧道,钢丝于胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折处交叉固定,经骨隧道引出固定于胫骨结节内侧。结果 24例均获得随访,随访时间9-21个月,平均15.2个月。X线片示22例骨折全部愈合,2例未愈合,所有关节屈伸功能正常。结论关节镜下张力带技术固定术能够最大程度地恢复关节功能,是一种可靠的方法。
Objective To study the arthroscopic fixation of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence with steel suture tension band. Methods Arthroscopic reduction of the fracture was performed in 24 patients, and 2 or 3 bone tunnels were drilled on the inner side of tibial tubercle with the aid of an anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） localizer. The fracture was cross-fixed with steel sutures onto the intercondylar tibial eminence, then the sutures were pulled out of the tunnels and tied onto the inner side of tibial tubercle. Results The 24 patients were followed up for 9-21 months（mean 15.2 months）. X-ray showed that the fracture was healed in 22 patients but not in 2 patients with the flexion-extension functions of their joints recovered. Conclusion Arthroscopic tension band fixation of fractures can maximally restore the functions of knees with limited trauma and complications.
