振动、核心及功能性力量训练的认识 被引量:145

The Knowledge on Vibratory、Core and Functional Strength training

摘要 为了能够对这三种力量训练有一个比较清晰的认识和客观的评价,避免训练中的片面化和教条化,本研究分别对以上三种力量进行了分析,并进一步就三种力量的关系进行了比较。结果表明,(1)功能性力量训练是一个更加趋于"一般性"的概念,振动力量和核心力量均属于功能性力量的范畴,是功能性力量训练的一种形式;(2)核心力量应与核心区力量应进行区分,当前所称的核心力量应称之为人体核心区域力量;(3)振动力量和核心力量在训练效应上各有侧重,但又有共同的训练指向,即不能完全隔离两者。 in order to get clear knowledge and external evaluation on the vibratory,core and functional strength trainings,avoid unilateralism and dogmatism in the training,the paper made an analysis and compare about those strength trainings.The result shows: 1) functional strength training is more accurately represented as general strength training notion,vibratory and core strength trainings can be viewed as a component of functional strength;2) core strength is different with core area strength,the core strength we called should be corrected as strength in the core areas of the body;3) vibratory and core strength trainings have different emphasizes,but those strength trainings have common purpose,so they can not be completely isolated.
