摘要
家畜胚胎移植技术是家畜繁殖学领域一项高新生物技术。从1991年至1996年,对9个品种408只供体羊超数排卵处理,获A,B级胚胎4002枚,平均981±464枚。移植受体3129只,历年移植妊娠率平均达7402%(鲜胚),产羔率达6197%。同时,得出以下研究结果:1在内蒙古实施绵羊胚胎移植技术的最佳季节是10月中旬至11月下旬。2采用FSH-LH和FSH-CI.-LH(CI-氯前列烯醇)法对发情周期15~175d的供体超排,平均获可用胚分别为1573±745枚和1310±321枚。后者对周期在180d以上,采用FSH-LH法超排无效的供体处理后,平均获可用胚为1141±426枚,充分提高了供体利用率。3供体羊发情周期天数决定FSH开始注射的时间,随着注射时间的推迟,15~165d和17~175d周期的供体超排发情率均呈上升趋势。15~175d的供体在周期的第13d开始注射FSH,超排羊在停针48h以内发情率为9020%(FSH-LH法)。4采用宁波生物制品厂及中科院动物所生产的FSH,选择适宜剂量对绵羊进行超排,均可获得较好的超排效果。各品种供体羊用宁波产FSH超排?
Livestock embryo transfer (ET) is one of the new and advanced biotechnology in field of livestock breeding.From 1991 to 1996,we performed superovulation treatment of total of 408 ewes,among which were 9 breeds,and obtained 4 002 embryos of A grade and B grade.The average number of transferable embryos per ewe was 9 81±4 64.They were transfered to 3 129 recipients and the average pregnancy rate was 74 02%,and the lambing percentage was more than 61 97%. The studies revealed:(1)The best season to perform ovine ET in Inner Mongolia is the period from Oct.11th to the end of Nov.(2)If FSH LH and FSH-CI-LH (CI-CIoprostenol)are used to superovulate donors with estrous cycle of 15~17 5 days,in average 15 73±7 45 and 13 10±3 21 transferable embryos could be obtained respectively.From donors with estrous cycle longer than 18 days and poorly responded to the FSH-LH method,11 14±4 26 transferable embryos in average could be obtained if the latter method is used.This made the best use of the donors.(3)Time for injection of FSH was dependent on length of ewe estrous cycle,and the heat rate of the superovulating ewes with estrus cycles both of 15~16 5 and 17~17 5 days tended to rise if injection is postponed.When injection commenced on the 13th day of the cycle for the donors with cycle of 15~17 5 days,heat rate of the superovulation ewes was 90 20% within 48 hours after the injection(FSH-LH Method).(4)Both FSH produced in Ningpo and FSH produced in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) could get an efficient result of superovulation when they were used to superovulate donor sheep.The range of FSH (Ningpo)dosage was 120-180iu and the dosage was adjusted around 150iu according to breeds,age,time of superovulation and climate,and the range of FSH (CAS) dosage was 2 4~3 0mg.(5)Pregnancy rate of ET was influenced mainly by synchronization of estrus between donor and recipient.If synchronous estrus difference was within ±12 hours,non return rate might be more than 75%,which was much higher than that difference was more than +24 hours.When the difference were-12 hours and 0,pregnancy rates of four cell embryo transfer and eight cell embryo transfer was much higher than that of +12 hours difference.(6)The pregnancy rates of recipients in natural heat and induced heat was 83 3% and 72 7% respectively,which was not significantly different;(7)The project of ovine ET could increase fertility of the flock by 3~5 times.
