摘要
用人体末梢血微核测试法对吸烟支数不同的178名男性教师进行生物材料监测,观察人体末梢血淋巴细胞微核和核变形。结果表明不吸、偶吸和现吸3组间在3项微核指标与5项核变形指标上有显著性或非常显著性差异、吸烟量与淋巴细胞微核3项指标之间存在明显的剂量-反应关系。
The genotoxic effect of smoking was studied employing micro-
nucleus test by human skin puncture and examining micronuclei and nu-
clear formation in human lymphocytes among 178 male teachers aged 20
years and over.Frequency of micronucleus(MNF),frequency of cell micro-
nuclei(CMF),rate of micronucleus men(MMR)and frequency of irreg-
ular nucleus(INF)was detected among current-smokers and accidental-
smokers and nonsmokers.The result was established that significance and
highly significance difference observed by statistical treatment.Relation of
dose-response was established between smoking amount and micronuclei
number.Indices of micronuclei and nuclear anomaly might be useful in
studying smoking induced mutagenesis.
