摘要
研究低温对颅脑损伤免疫功能的影响,探讨其亚低温颅脑损伤治疗的临床应用与监护的意义。采用流式细胞仪检测低温处理后实验型颅脑损伤大鼠外周血T细胞亚群的动态变化。结果发现,与常温对照组相比,颅脑损伤低温27℃组CD3细胞伤后第1天,CD4细胞伤后第1天和第3天,CD4/CD8伤后第1天、第3天和第7天均降低;颅脑损伤低温33℃组CD4细胞伤后第1天、CD4/CD8伤后第1天和第3天降低;颅脑损伤常温37℃组CD4细胞伤后第1天、CD4/CD8伤后第1天,第3天和第7天降低。与颅脑损伤常温37℃组相比,颅脑损伤低温27℃组CD3细胞伤后第1天降低;颅脑损伤低温33℃组CD4/CD8伤后第3天升高。认为重型颅脑损伤对细胞免疫功能有明显抑制作用;27℃低温可以抑制细胞免疫功能;
A Study was conducted on the effect
of hypothermia therapy on immune function
following Traumatic Brain Injury,and its significance to clinical application and monitoring for
brain injury,by using Flow Cytometry.We detected the dynamic changes of T cell subsets in
Rats received hypothermia therapy following Traumatic Brain Injury.The results showed that
compared with control group,decline was found in CD3+on day 1,CD4+ on day 1,3and
CD4+/CD8+ on day 1,3,7 postinjury in moderate hypothermic group. CD4+was decreased on
day 1 and CD4+/CD8+on day 1,3 postinjury in mild hypothermic group.CD4+was decreased on
day 1 and CD4+/CD8+on day 1,3,7 postinjury in normothermic group.CD3+was decreased on
day 1 postinjury in moderate hypothermic guoup,and CD4+/CD8+increased in mild hypothermic
group on day 1 postinjury as compare with normo thermic group.We considered that severe
brain injury inhibtied cellular immune function significantly in Rat following TBI,moderate
hypothermia(27℃) inhibited cellular immune function in Rat following TBI,and mild hypothermia
(33℃) does not.
