革兰阴性菌感染患者降钙素原的测定 被引量:48

摘要 目的探讨革兰阴性菌感染患者降钙素原(PCT)水平的改变。方法采用免疫比浊法检测细菌感染患者的PCT、C反应蛋白(CRP),并相互比较。结果感染组白细胞(WBC)、PCT、CRP均明显升高(P<0.001),而两感染组之间WBC、CRP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。革兰阴性菌感染组比革兰阳性菌感染组PCT有所升高(P<0.05),临床革兰阴性菌感染诊断中的ROC曲线左上方最高点的观察值为5.66μg/L,诊断敏感度79%,特异度65%。结论细菌感染患者PCT升高,比CRP更敏感。且革兰阴性菌感染升高更明显,在临床革兰阴性菌感染诊断中的最佳临界值为5.66μg/L,这有利于为抗生素的选用提供帮助。
