摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS-Workbench对盾构机行星减速器的行星架进行建模,并以其工作时承受的最大扭矩进行静力加载,得出它在该载荷下的应力、应变等信息。并将所得信息进行分析,在保证满足可靠性的前提下对行星架进行优化设计。
The paper establishes a model of planetary carrier of tunnel boring machine (TBM) planetary reducer by ANSYS-Workbench software,and obtains such information as stress and strain while the carrier being statically loaded according to the maximum torsion.Then the above information is analysed so as to carry out the optimization design for the planetary carrier on the premise of the reliability being guaranteed.
