摘要
针对普通齿轮泵径向力不平衡、流量品质差以及平衡式复合齿轮泵结构复杂、容积效率低及难以制造装配等特点,研究一种具有3个从动轮的平面式并联齿轮泵,阐述了结构原理。以并联齿轮泵体积最小为目标,建立并联齿轮泵的结构优化设计数学模型。在满足一定约束条件下,利用MatLab优化工具箱,对目标函数求解最优值。结果表明,与传统解法相比用MatLab优化工具箱可以方便地求解出最优值,提高了计算精度和效率。
Aiming at such disadvantages as great unbalanced radial force,low quality of flow pulsation in traditional gear pumps as well as complicated structure,low volume efficiency and difficulties in manufacture and assembly in balanced type compound gear pump,a kind of plane type paralleled gear pump with three idlers is introduced and its construction principle is expatiated also.Minimum volume of the gear pump serving as the objective,the mathematic model of optimizing the structure of paralleled gear pump is established.On the premise of that constraints is satisfied,the optimal value of the objective function is achieved by using optimization toolbox of MatLab.The results show that the optimization toolbox is more convenient for achieving the optimal value than traditional methods and helps to improve the design precision and efficiency.
