基于复杂产品设计知识的诊断知识生成与应用

Generation and application of diagnosis knowledge based on complex product design knowledge

摘要 利用产品设计知识生成诊断知识对于快速、准确地获取较为完备的诊断知识有着重要意义。在分析了产品设计领域诊断知识源的基础上,建立了诊断知识生成与应用的系统模型,其中主要包含了通过将诊断所需的设计知识提炼、组织而生成的诊断BOM视图与诊断系统中的知识组织模型的建立,前者实现产品设计知识向诊断知识的转化,后者实现这些知识在故障诊断中的应用。以列车自动门为例进行应用分析,开发了相应的诊断系统,为列车自动门诊断系统开发跟不上其维护的难题的解决提供一种新方法。最后,通过列车自动门故障诊断实例进行验证分析。 Generating diagnosis knowledge by utilizing the knowledge in product design stage is significant to acquire complete diagnosis knowledge quickly and exactly.On the basis of analyzing source of diagnosis knowledge in product design domain,the feasibility of generating diagnosis and maintenance knowledge by utilizing the knowledge in product design stage is investigated.Then,the system model of generating and applying diagnosis and maintenance knowledge is established,which mainly includes construction of diagnosis BOM view that is generated by Abstracting,organizing and modeling design knowledge and knowledge organization model in diagnosis system,the former transforms design knowledge into diagnosis knowledge,the latter realizes these knowledge's application in fault diagnosis.The train automatic door is taken as the example to research the method's application.The corresponding diagnosis system is developed,and the novel method for solving the problem which the development and application of train automatic door's diagnosis system can't keep up with its maintenance is presented.Finally,the validity of the method is proved by fault diagnosis cases of train automatic door.
