摘要
介绍了湿排粉煤灰经活化、改性与成球制成高活性混合材的原理、工艺及使用效果。试验结果表明,这种活化粉煤灰能替代矿渣生产普通硅酸盐水泥,部分替代矿渣生产矿渣硅酸盐水泥,生产粉煤灰水泥时,其掺量可比一般粉煤炭增加15%左右,同时能克服以往粉煤灰作混合材时所引起的粉尘大、易堵塞及粉煤灰分层上漂等弊端。
This article introduces the principle, process and application results of producing high activity admixturewith wet discharged flyash after being activated, medified and palletized. The test results show that this kind of activatedflyash can be used for producing ordinary Portland cement instead of slag, and parially instead of slag for preducing slagPortland cement. In preducing flyash cement, the mixing quantity can be approximately 15% higher than that of thecommon flyash, and it can also overcome the,disavantages of heavy dust, easy blocking and ash floating caused by usingflyash as admixture.
