摘要
采用数字图像相关方法和单纤维拉拔试验相结合的试验方法,直接测量钢纤维从混凝土基体拔出过程中界面的应变分布及变化规律,并实时观测界面粘结、脱粘、滑移全过程。试验结果表明:微细观尺度上的应变局部化导致了纤维界面剪切破坏的局部化现象,这种界面脱粘破坏逐次发生、发展和转移的应变局部化现象在时间和空间上呈现明显的相互间隔特征。测试及分析结果表明该方法为纤维复合材料界面力学性能的检测研究提供了新的途径。
The interfacial strain distribution and changing patterns are directly measured in the process when the steel fiber is pulled out from the concrete matrix using Digital Image Correlation Method(DICM) and single fiber pull-out test.Meanwhile,the real-time process of bonding,debonding and displacing is observed.The results of the experiment show that the microscopic strain localization leads to the localization of the fiber's interfacial shear failure.This kind of strain localization is characterized by alternating occurrence,development and transference of the interfacial debonding failure at an apparent and regular interval both in time and space.The test and analytic results show that the DICM provides a new approach to studying and measuring the interfacial mechanical behavior of the fiber composite.
