摘要
目的:观察脑卒中后合并中枢性面瘫患者同时进行双侧颜面训练及单纯训练患侧的疗效。方法:将脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的病人随机分成单侧治疗组及双侧治疗组各30人,单侧治疗组采用兴奋患侧颜面运动、抑制健侧颜面运动的手法,双侧治疗组颜面双侧采用同种方法训练,治疗1月后重新评价颜面运动。分析方法采用X2检验。结果:单侧训练组总有效率96.7%;双侧训练组总有效率73.3%。2组之间有显者性差异(X2=6.53,P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死后合并中枢性面瘫的患者单侧较双侧颜面训练疗效显著。
Object：Study on the treatment outcomes of two-sided or one-trouble-sided facial training after center facial paralysis caused by cerebral stroke.Methods：The patients with central facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups,one-sided training group and two-sided training group,30 patients in each group.The method that excites facial paralysis side and restrains normal side was used in one-sided training group.The same method was used in both facial training in two-sided group.After the first month,appraisal of facial movements function was carried on between two groups.Analysis method was Chi-square test.Results：The effective rate of one-sided training group was 96.7%,as well as 73.3% in two-sided group.There was significant difference between two groups（X2=6.53,P 0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment outcomes were better in one-sided facial training group than in two-sided facial training group
