摘要
目的:建立速效止泻胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相在波长265nm下,以乙腈-0.033mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40:60)为流动相,测定小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱含量测定的线性范围为0.2356～0.8246μg(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.31%,RSD值为0.89%。结论:方法操作简单,准确可靠,重现性好,可作为速效止泻胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
0bjective：To establish a method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Suxiaozhixie capsules.Methods：HPLC was used for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride.The detective wavelength was set at 265nm and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.033mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（40：60）.Results：Berberine Hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 0.2356～0.8246？g（r=0.9998,n=6）.The average recovery rate was 99.31%,RSD was 0.89%.Conclution：This method was proved to be simple and accurate with a good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Suxiaozhixie capsules.
