摘要
地方院校以自身科技、教育、人才优势积极参与地方经济可持续发展，成为当前科教兴国、可持续发展战略推动中西部区域经济发展的重要结合点。本文以河南大学和开封市政府开展的深层次广泛合作模式为考察对象，认真分析这一成功合作模式的背景、内容、意义，并对今后更好合作提出建议。对于中西部落后不发达地区与当地地方院校开展合作，有很好借鉴意义。
It has become a Vital juncture for the local colleges and universities to take part in the development of the regional economyof the mid-western parts at present with their advantages in scientific technology, education and qualified personnels. It's quite important for us to handle the juncture well. The paper deals with the further and broad development co-operation pattern done by Henan University and Kaifeng municipal government, and analyses the background, content, significance shown by this seccessful co-operation of thecollege and the local government. The author also puts forward somesuggestions for better co-operations in the future. It is a good example for the co-operation between the under-developed areas and thelocal colleges in the mid-western parts.
