摘要
以氮气作载气,采用冷喷涂技术成功地制备了NiCoCrAlY涂层及NiCoCrAlY/ZrO_2复合涂层,并研究了涂层表面和横截面的微观结构、粒子之间的结合变形情况以及涂层的显微硬度。结果表明,以氮气作载气的冷喷涂技术可以制备出结构较致密、硬度高(400~600HV)的NiCoCrAlY涂层;加入氧化锆能提高涂层的显微硬度;粉末颗粒在沉积过程中会发生强烈的塑性变形,变形颗粒边缘处含氧量较高。
NiCoCrAIY and NiCoCrAlY/ZrO2 coatings are obtained by cold spraying with nitrogen gas as the process gas. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe. The microstructure of the feedstock particles and the as-deposited coatings,the combination deformation of particles and the microhardness of the coatings are studied. The results show that the HiCoCrAlY coating with compact structure,high hardness(400--600HV) can be prepared using nitrogen as the process gas by cold spraying. The microhardness of the coatings can be improved by the addition of the ZrO2. Besides higher oxygen content is found at the periphery of the deformation particles.
