下肢深静脉血栓形成溶栓治疗的现状与展望 被引量：12

摘要 深静脉血栓形成（（deep vein thrombosis,DVT）是血管外科的常见疾病,近年其发病率呈上升趋势,发病部位下肢多于上肢。对DVT的治疗是,清除血栓,回复下肢深静脉的通畅血流，最大限度地保留瓣膜功能；预防肺栓塞（puhnonaryembolism，PE）：减少血栓形成后综合征（post—thromboticsyndrome，PTS）的发生；预防血栓复发，提高病人的生活质量。
