摘要
本文从我国西部地区农村公共产品的需求角度出发,建立了农村公共产品的供需均衡模型,实证分析了我国西部地区农村公共产品的供给效率问题,发现西部地区农村公共产品供给的效率低下,主要表现为农村公共产品供给总量不足和结构不平衡,并提出了提高西部地区农村公共产品供给效率的建议。
Based on a supply- demand balanced model, this paper makes an empirical study on the supply efficiency of rural public goods in Cuizhou province, and finds that the reasons of low efficiency are the deficiency and framework unbalance of west- eru rural public goods, then gives some advice on how to improve the efficiency of western rural public goods in China.
