摘要
[目的]探讨健康教育路径在肝硬化病人健康教育中的影响。[方法]将216例肝硬化病人随机分成实验组110例和对照组106例,实验组按照制订的健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察两组病人的健康教育效果和对护理工作的满意度。[结果]实验组和对照组在健康教育效果评价、护理满意度方面比较,差异有统计学意义。[结论]应用健康教育路径对肝硬化病人进行健康教育,提高了病人自我保健意识,提高了健康教育的效果和病人满意度。
Objective:To probe into the influence of health education pathway for patients with hepatocirrhosis. Methods:A total of 216 hepatocirrhosis patients were randomly divided into test group (n= 110) and control group (n = 106). Patients of test group were educated according to health education pathway plan. Patients of control group were given conventional health edu- cation. Then the effect of health education and patients' satisfaction degree toward nursing work of the two group patients were observed. Results: In terms of health education effect evaluation and satisfaction degree of patients toward nursing work, there were statistical significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Using health education pathway to carry out health education for hepatocirrhosis patients could enhance the awareness of patients' selfcare. It could also enhance health education effect and satisfaction degree of patients.
