崇明白山羊超数排卵和胚胎冷冻初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用CIDR-FSH-PG-hCG法对崇明白山羊进行超数排卵,比较不同来源FSH的超数排卵效果,并对获得的胚胎进行冷冻保存和解冻后胚胎移植。结果表明:新西兰和宁波产FSH组分别获得75.0%和85.7%的发情率。新西兰FSH组左右卵巢平均分别获得8.67个和9.67个排卵点,宁波FSH组平均获得7.33和6.33个排卵点。新西兰FSH和宁波FSH组分别平均获得9.67枚和8.00枚可用胚胎。OPS冷冻胚胎经解冻后,获得了80.77%的形态正常率,经胚胎移植,3头(3/5)山羊顺利妊娠,产下5头小羊。 In order to compare the superovulation efficiencies of different-source follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH), the CIDR-FSH-PG-hCG method was used for superovulation of Chongming White Goat,and the embryo cryopreservation and the embryo transfer after thawing were also carried out in this study. The results showed that the groups treated with New Zealand FSH and Ningbo FSH were respectively 75.0% and 85.7% in oestrus rate. The ovulation points of the left and right ovaries in New Zealand FSH group averaged 8.67 and 9.67 respectively, and those in Ningbo FSH group 7.33 and 6.33 respectively. New Zealand FSH group and Ningbo FSH group averagely yielded 9.67 and 8.00 usable embryos,respectively,or the former was slightly higher than the latter in usable embryos. After warming,the OPS vitrified embryos' normal morph rate was 80.77%. After embryo transfer,3 goats (3/5) got pregnancy successfully and gave birth to 5 lambs.
