摘要
对１８例不典型脊髓空洞症（ＳＮ）的临床及影像学检查进行分析，探讨共临床及影像学特点。临床表现可类似肌萎缩侧索硬化，多发性硬化，尚有无ＳＭ症状及体征的病例。部分病例合并急性脊髓炎。影像学检查发现ＳＭ多合并小脑扁桃体下疝畸形及梗阻性脑积水，提示三者之间关系密切。部分病例空洞不连续，形状不规则，尚有空洞位于腰段的病例。磁共振成像检查对于诊断不典型ＳＭ具有重要价值。
cases with atypical syringomyelia (SM) were reported.We investigated the features of clinical manifestation and imaging.Their Clinical features were similar to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,intramedullary tumor and multiple sclerosis.Symptoms and signs of SM didn't exist in a part of patients.Some patients were accompanied with acute myelitis.The most of patients were associated with Arnold-chiari malformation and obstructive hydrocephalus in the examination imagings,suggested that there was a close relationship among them.Spinal cord cavitation showed uncontinuons and irregular in some patients.Spinal cord cavitation in lumber segment was also found.MR imaging play a important role in the diagnosis of atypical SM.
