基质金属蛋白酶-1表达及其单核苷酸多态性与早产胎膜早破的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究早产胎膜早破患者血中MMP1的基因多态性及其在胎膜组织上的表达情况与早产胎膜早破发病机制的关系。方法荧光定量PCR(SYBRGreen法)检测MMP-1mRNA;Westernblot法检测MMP-1蛋白表达量;MALDI-TOF质谱分析法检测MMP1启动子区单核苷酸多态性。结果早产胎膜早破组与正常足月产组比较存在统计学差异(Z=-3.283,P=0.001)。早产胎膜早破与正常足月产组相比,MMP1(rs1799750)各基因型(G/G,G/-,-/-)分布频率存在差异具有统计学意义(P=0.002),等位基因(G/-)分布频率存在差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.119)。结论 MMP-1(rs1799750)多态性与早产胎膜早破存在一定的相关性,MMP1(rs1799750)各基因型(G/G,G/-,-/-)有可能是早产胎膜早破的易感因素。
