摘要
采用漂白化学木浆通过内腔填充法与原位复合法制备了磁性纸,并优化了制备条件。通过XRD证实,无论是内腔填充法还是原位复合法,Fe3O4均已经成功地沉淀在纤维内腔中。SEM显示原位复合法纸张内腔磁性粒子的尺寸小于内腔填充法纸张的尺寸,同时粒子分布也优于内腔填充法纸张。样品的VSM结果显示,原位复合法磁性纸具有良好的超顺磁特性,但磁性低于内腔填充法磁性纸。
Magnetic papers have been successfully prepared from bleached spruce kraft pulps via lumen loading or in situ synthesis process. Good magnetic performance could be obtained in the optimal preparation conditions : by method of lumen loading, stirring speed 2500 r/min, stirring time 30 min ; by method of in situ synthesis, reaction temperature 60~C and stirring speed 1000 r/min. The loading degree of magnetic particles of magnetic paper by method of lumen loading is lower than that by in situ synthesis. The structure and properties of magnetic paper were studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The XRD results confirmed that the magnetic particles are Fe3 04 ; the magnetic properties of the in situ synthesis papers are lower compared to the lumen loading papers due to the nanosized magnetite particles possess super-paramagnetic behavior ;The SEM micrograph showed that the size and the distribution uniformity of the magnetic particles inside the lumen for the in situ synthesis papers are much better than that of the lumen loading papers.
