摘要
采用低频扭摆仪研究了时效对Ni_(53)Ga_(27)Fe_(15)Co_5铁磁形状记忆合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:时效前后,当应变振幅小于4.0×10^(-5)时,该合金的阻尼性能都依赖于频率,当应变振幅大于4.0×10^(-5)时都取决于应变振幅;经700℃时效4 h后该合金的马氏体相变温度降低,逆相变温度升高,相变潜热减小,其阻尼性能约为铸态时的两倍,最大阻尼值达0.139。
The effect of ageing on damping capacities of theNi53Ga27Fe15Co5 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy (FSMA) was investigated by using low frequency torsion pendulum. The resuhs show that when the strain amplitude was less than 4. 0 × 10-5, the damping capacities of the Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5 alloy were determined by frequency, when the strain amplitude was more than 4. 0 × 10-5those were controlled by strain amplitude before and after ageing. Martensitic transformation temperature decreased, the converse transformation temperature increased and latent heat of phase transition was reduced of the Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5 alloy after ageing at 700℃ for 4 h, the damping capacities of the ageing alloy were twice larger than those of the as-cast alloy. The maximum damping capacities reached 0. 139.
