摘要
通过三维有限元数值分析,结合工程实际的监测结果,对上海某地下换乘站的逆作法施工基坑围护结构(地下连续墙和立柱)的竖向变形进行研究。结果表明,在逆作法施工中,连续墙和立柱的竖向变形分别以沉降和隆起为主。无论是节点区还是标准段,连续墙和立柱竖向变形由于受到主体结构的影响而主要发生在逆作法施工的初期阶段。有限元软件对立柱的隆起规律给出较好的模拟,但给出的隆起数值较大;由于施工工艺和质量的复杂性,对连续墙竖向位移难以做出正确的预测。
Through 3D finite element analysis and the project's monitoring results, the vertical deformation of the foundation enclosure structure (underground continuous walls and columns) is investigated in an interchange station of Shanghai in top - down construction method. The results show that the vertical deformation of underground continuous walls is mainly settlement, while columns" is mainly heave. In the nodal region and the standard segment, the influence by the major structure to under- ground continuous walls and columns" deformation mainly occurs in top -down construction" s early stages. Finite element software simulates column's heave more properly, but the numerical value is com- paratively larger;due to the complexity of construction technology and quality, it's difficult to make a correct prediction of underground continuous walls" vertical deformation.
