摘要
为了加快选育谷子光敏雄性不育系,对其性状遗传规律进行了研究。结果显示,育性、叶鞘色、穗型、出苗至抽穗天数属于质量性状遗传,受1对基因控制;叶舌、花药颜色属于质量性状遗传,受2对互补基因控制;刚毛属数量性状遗传,在F2表现长、中、短3种性状。
To accelerate breeding of the light sensitive sterile line, we had studied the inheritance of millet main characteristics. The results were the following: fertility, leaf sheath color, panicle tape and emergerce to heading days are all qualitative characters controlled by one pair of genes and were separated in F2 generation according to Mendelian rules 3∶1; leaf tongue and anther colour are all controlled by two paris of complementary genes and separated in F2 generation according to Mendelian rules 9∶ 7; setae is of quantitative trait and shows long 、medium and short three kinds of traits in F2.
