摘要
为探讨CpG-DNA对AA肉鸡新城疫疫苗的免疫增强作用,本研究分别将生理盐水、新城疫Ⅳ系抗原(DNV-IV)、白油加NDV-Ⅳ、白油加NDV-Ⅳ加CpG-DNA四组试剂接种一定数量的随机分组的AA肉鸡体内,观察不同日龄的AA肉鸡免疫器官指数、细胞因子产生及抗体的分泌情况。结果显示,新城疫Ⅳ系疫苗在白油存在的条件下,对AA肉鸡免疫增强作用效果较为明显,而CpG-DNA有进一步增强该效果的作用。试验结果表明,CpG-DNA可以作为潜在的免疫佐剂应用于疫苗生产。
To explore the immunoenhancement rote of CpG oligonucleotide on AA broilers,saline,Newcastle disease type Ⅳ (NDV-Ⅳ) antigen,white oil and NDV-Ⅳ ,white oil plus CpG and NDV-Ⅳ reagent was inoculated four groups broilers respectively and the broilers were divided into groups randomly. Later,the index of immune organs,cytokines and antibody titer were detected. The results showed that emulsive white oil had a better immunoenhancement function for ND vaccine and CpG-DNA,whieh could further enhance the effectiveness. The study indicated that CpG-DNA may be a potential immune adjuvant for vaccine.
