摘要
以含氟无规两亲聚合物(ASRF)为稳定剂,甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯等为单体,通过无皂乳液聚合制备出含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂乳液防水防油剂(PFAE)。研究了ASRF用量、FA用量、含氟乳液与氧化淀粉(OS)复配体系对纸张防水防油性能的影响,并用TEM研究了PFAE乳胶粒形态。结果表明,适当增加ASRF用量和FA用量,有利于提高纸张的防水防油性能;较佳的ASRF用量和FA用量分别为5%和18.52%,纸张与水的接触角达到117°、与液体石蜡的接触角可达到92.4°;OS含量不宜超过50%。乳胶粒呈球形,粒径分布较窄,约为45nm。
Fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsifier-free emulsion as paper oil-proof agent (PFAE) was prepared by emulsifier-free polymerization of hexafluoro-butyl methacrylate (FA), styrene(St), butyl acrylate and so on, in which fuorinated random amphiphilic polymers (ASRF) was used as stabilizer. The effects of ASRF content, FA content, composite system of PFAE and oxide starch(OS) were investigated. TEM was used to characterize the obtained particles. The experimental results show that the appropriate increas-es of ASRF content and FA content are good for improving the water/oil repellency of paper. The optimum contents of ASRF and FA are 5.0% and 18.52% respectively. The contact angles of water and liquid paraffin on paper can reach 117oand 92.4orespectively. The OS content is not suitable to exceed 50%. The morphology of the particle is spherical and their size is around 45nm.
