摘要
对脆硫铅锑矿碱性熔炼渣的综合利用进行了实验研究。第一步,浸出碱渣中的硫化钠和其它可溶盐。浸出硫化钠的最佳条件为:液固比为4∶1、温度90℃、时间90 min,硫化钠的浸出率可以达到92%。第二步,利用硫化钠浸出液去浸出脆硫铅锑矿精矿的锑。锑浸出液直接加双氧水可制得合格的焦锑酸钠产品。
Experimental studies on comprehensively utilizing alkaline smelting slag of jamesonite were carried out.Sodium sulfide and other soluble salts were leached from alkaline slag firstly.The optimum conditions of leaching sodium sulphide was that liquid-solid ratio was 4∶1,temperature was 90 ℃ and time 90 min and the leaching rate of sodium sulfide can reach 92%.Then antimony of jamesonite concentrate was leached by using sodium sulphide leach liquor.A qulified sodium pyroantimonate product then can be prepared by adding H2O2 directly to antimony-containing leach liquer.
