摘要
通过三维软件Pro/E建立床身的三维模型,采用Pro/MECHANICA软件建立有限元计算模型,对床身进行模态分析和优化设计,分析不同结构方案的固有频率,分析结果为床身的结构优选提供了依据。
By the three-dimensional software Pro/E builds the lathe bed 3D model,adopt the finite element method module Pro/M software to build finite element method calculation model,the analysis carrying out the modal analysis on lathe bed,analyses natural frequency for the different structure scheme,analysis result has provided a basis for excellent selections of the lathe bed structure.
