摘要
目的制订调经止痛散质量标准。方法用TLC法对丹参、川芎、赤芍、桂枝进行了鉴别试验,用HPLC法测定药品中芍药苷含量。结果用TLC法检出了丹参、川芎、赤芍、桂枝。HPLC色谱条件为:VP-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(85∶15),检测波长为UV230 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min^-1。芍药苷在0.04-0.60μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为Y=1538873X-2790,R=0.9996。结论所建立的方法简便可行,本法灵敏、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法 。
OBJECTIVE To establish the methods for quality control of the pharmaceutical preparation of Tiaojingzhitong pulvis.METHODS The procedure of thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to qualitatively examine the existence of Radix et rhizome salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix paeoniae,and Ramulus cinnamomi,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to quantitatively determine the content of paeoniflorin in the preparation.RESULTS Radix et rhizome salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix paeoniae,and Ramulus cinnamomi were detected by TLC.HPLC experiments were performed on VP-ODS column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was 0.05mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(85∶15),the detection wavelength was UV230nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Paeoniflorin showed a significant linear feature at arrange of 0.04~0.60μg·mL^-1,and regression equation was Y=12.919X-0.0155,R=0.9996.CONCLUSION The above procedure exhibited the advantages of sensitiveness,preciseness,exclusiveness,and reappearance,and can be applied to the quality control for Tiaojingzhitong pulvis.
