摘要
设计了数据采集的硬件系统,对天气雷达伺服电机振动信号进行实时采集;对采集的数据采用小波包特征的提取方法,利用小波包能量谱的方法将故障信号进行量化、分解,从而达到对天气雷达伺服电机故障的预警目的。经现场安装实验验证,表明基于小波包能量谱分析的天气雷达伺服电机故障诊断方法是一种方便灵活并且准确度很高的故障诊断方法。
Data acquisition is designed to collect in real time the signals of vibration from the weather radar servo motor. In order to realize early warning of weather radar servo motor faults, wavelet packet feature extraction method is used in collection data, and the wavelet packet energy spectrum method is used to make the faults signals quantized and analyzed. The on-site installation verification test proved that the weather radar servo motor faults diagnosis method is a more convenient and accurate method.
