摘要
目的:探讨不同环境温度下静脉快速滴注不同温度20%甘露醇对降低眼压效果的影响。方法:将143例急性闭角型青光眼发作患者按照入院时间分为冬季组和夏季组,其中冬季组(12月~2月入院)77例,夏季组(7月~9月入院)66例,采用抽签法决定液体温度为25、30、35℃,分别记录输液前及输液后30min眼压值、心率及血压。结果:冬季组中30℃组与35℃组降眼压效果较25℃组效果好。在心率变化的比较中,35℃组心率、血压变化最小。夏季组3种不同温度20%甘露醇输液后降眼压效果无统计学差异。结论:冬季预热液体至35℃降眼压效果更加安全有效。
Objective: To explore the intraocular pressure lowering effect of 20% mannitol in different temperature on angle-closure glaucoma patients suffering acute attack in winter and in summer. Methods: One hundred and forty-three angle-closure glaucoma patients suffering acute attack were enrolled. The winter group included 77 patients, and the summer group included 66 patients. The temperature of 20% mannitol(25, 30 and 35℃ )for each patient was randomly decided. The intraocular pressure, heart rate and blood pressure were recorded before and 30 minutes after the use of mannitol. Results: In winter group, the mannitol of 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ could get better intraoeular pressure lowering effect than that of 25 ℃ The mannitol of 35 ℃ induced smallest change of heart rate and blood pressure. In the summer group, the intraocular pressure lowering effect of 20% mannitol in three different temperatures had no significant difference. Conclusion: It would be safer and more effective for 20% mannitol heated to 35 ℃ in winter before use.
