摘要
目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)在翼状胬肉发生、发展在中的意义。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测36例翼状胬肉病理组织和32例正常球结膜组织中COX-2和HIF-1的表达情况。结果:翼状胬肉组COX-2阳性表达率为86.1%(31/36)、HIF-1阳性表达率为77.8%(28/36),对照组COX-2阳性表达率为6.3%(2/32)、HIF-1阳性表达率为12.5%(4/32),翼状胬肉组COX-2和HIF-1的阳性表达率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。翼状胬肉中COX-2与HIF-1表达的相关性经spearman等级相关分析,两者呈正相关(r=0.43,P<0.05)。结论:COX-2与HIF-1的高水平表达可能导致了翼状胬肉发生、发展,COX-2与HIF-1的高水平表达可能也是导致翼状胬肉术后复发的重要内在因素。
Objective To investigate the significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)expression in the development of pterygium.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1)in 36 pterygial specimens and 32 normal conjunctival specimens were detected with immunohistochemistry(IHC).Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 and HIF-1 in pterygial group were 86.1%(31/36)and 77.8%(28/36)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal conjunctival group(6.3%(2/32)of COX-2 and 12.5%(4/32)of HIF-1)(all P0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed COX-2 expression in pterygium was positively correlated with that of HIF-1(r=0.43,P0.05).Conclusion High levels of COX-2 and HIF-1 expression may lead to the development of pterygium,as well as its postoperative recurrence.
