摘要
论述了光伏逆变器模型及其控制策略,分析了接入电网的各种特性,确立了动态无功补偿设备容量与形式的选择标准。探讨了光伏电站的出力特性及运行方式选择,研究了电网在异常情况下光伏电站的低电压穿越能力和动态无功补偿设备对光伏电站低电压穿越能力的增强作用。仿真分析认为,华电嘉峪关光伏发电项目满足电网接入条件,理论及仿真分析较为准确,其经验可供今后光伏电站发展时借鉴和参考。
The model of PV inverter and its control strategy were expounded.Various characteristics of interconnection with power grid were analyzed.The criterions for selecting the capacity and the form of the dynamic reactive compensator were determined.The output characteristics of the PV power station and the selection of its operation mode were discussed.The LVRT ability of the PV power station in abnormal situation of the power grid was studied;and the enhancement of LVRT ability of PV power station by the dynamic reactive compensator was studied too.It was considered according to the simulation analysis that the Huadian Jiayuguan PV power generation project is satisfied the conditions for interconnection with the power grid;the theoretical analysis and the simulation analysis for the project were more accurate,and the experience obtained during this project construction can be used as reference for future PV power station development.
