摘要
竞技体育犯罪是指在竞技体育活动中,竞技运动参与者实施的刑事法律规定的犯罪行为和具有严重社会危害性的越轨行为。竞技体育犯罪有其深刻的社会原因和个体原因。从法律、道德、体制、环境及个体几个方面探究其产生原因,将有利于加强对竞技体育犯罪的深入研究。
Competitive sports crimes refer to the crimes and the unconventional behaviors committed by competitive sports participants during the competitive sports activities.They have their profound social and individual reasons.Analysis will be given to the reasons for competitive sports crimes from the standpoint of law,morality,system,circumstance,as well as individual.
