摘要
概述了二次纤维在回用的过程中,其纤维形态、物理性能、化学组成和纤维表面状况发生的变化,论述了制浆造纸生产工艺过程对纤维衰变的影响。在此基础上,对二次纤维衰变机理进行了深入的探讨。
This paper briefly introduced the basic effects of recycling on pulp properties. The morphology, physical properties, chemical compositions and surface conditions of secondary fiber were changed during the recycling process. The impact of process parameters on the quality decay of secondary fiber was also discussed. It was found that different pulp types, such as chemical pulps and mechanical pulps, showed very different recycling effects. Based on the famous Page's Strength Equation, the strength loss of the paper made from recycled fibers was investigated. The mechanism of quality decay of secondary fiber during recycling was vestigated.
