高降胆固醇嗜酸乳杆菌的紫外诱变选育 被引量:3

Screening of UV-mutated Lactobacillus Acidophilus with High Ability to Degrade Cholesterol

摘要 通过紫外诱变,选育出胆固醇清除能力较强的嗜酸乳杆菌菌株。正交试验结果表明:出发菌株稀释浓度10-6,紫外灯照射60 s,照射距离30.5 cm时为最佳的诱变条件;经过紫外诱变筛选得到了胆固醇清除性能良好的菌株,它的胆固醇清除率为21.5%,比出发菌株的清除率(13.5%)提高了8%;经检测突变菌株能够保持较好的遗传稳定性。 Through UV mutagenesis,fine strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus with high cholesterol-lowering properties has been selected.The result of orthogonal test suggested the optimal condition for mutation was the bacteria diluted 10-6 times,UV illuminating for 60 s with a distance of 30.5 cm.After screening from UV mutagens,a strain with a good cholesterol-lowering property has been obtained with cholesterol-lowering properties 21.5%,and 11.3% for the original strain,a rise by 10.2% from original strain.and the mutant strain keeps good hereditary stability.
